No Business Like Show Business is a visual novel published in Whispers Interactive Romance Stories. In addition to writing the full text of the story (over 80,000 words), I was also responsible for the initial story pitch, full outline, and editing chapters as necessesary.

The story puts you into the shoes of a young actress who has finally achieved her dream of landing a Broadway role. But if she ever wants to make it to opening night, she'll have to deal with divas, jealousy, offastage drama, and, worst of all, casting couch rumors. Do you have what it takes?

No Business Like Show Business was my second project as a freelance game writer (according to time when it was was written; Murder at Homecoming was written first but published a year after), and my first time writing for a game company other than Pixelberry Studios. It was also the first time I've ever brainstormed and outlined a full story on my own professonally; all other projects I've worked on before had a team of writers creating the plot. You can see this as the game where I took everything I learned from my previous projects, and applied it to something new. It's a classic wish fulfillment story about finding love, fame, and success.
